		<description>Hi Josh, it all starts by picking the right picture as an example. Without a good picture I am useless. That&#039;s why I link to the original source in each post. But mind the copyright of each source. There are lots of photographers out there who publish their work under Creative Commons licenses (which you may use). You should ask permission to use stuff from photographers who use an &#039;all rights reserved&#039; license first, before you build on their work. 

Once you have a great picture, it&#039;s just some hard work, having a lot of fun and I add a little magic on the computer as well :-)
